The DIT station kit is designed for the professional management of audiovisual material on set. It includes 6-drive RAID enclosures, such as the Areca Desktop RAID 5, with a capacity of up to 40 TB, configured in RAID 5 with one disk dedicated to backups, ensuring redundancy and protection against failures. The high-performance laptop allows for card offloading, clip review, light editing, and streaming, delivered clean to adapt to any workflow.
For media management, Silverstack is used to verify file integrity through checksums, organize clips and metadata, synchronize audio, and generate dailies ready for post-production. The station is protected by a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), which ensures electrical continuity in the event of power outages or voltage spikes, keeping data safe throughout the entire shoot
