This Audio to SDI converter model allows to embed in any SDI signal of definition SD, HD, UHD or DCI (4K) two channels of balanced analog audio, by optical fiber or high fidelity (RCA), or 4 channels of digital audio ( AES / EBU). In this way, it provides the possibility of transmitting the audio from iPods, mixing consoles or analog recording devices to other equipment such as matrix switchers.

  • SDI video inputs: 1x 12G (SD / HD / 2K / 4K) with automatic switching. 
  • SDI video outputs: 1x SDI up to 12G. 
  • Analog audio inputs: 2 channels for balanced signals via XLR connectors or 2 channels for unbalanced signals at line level via RCA connectors. The right XLR connection can be used as the time code output.
  • AES / EBU audio inputs: 4 channels for balanced digital signals (110 Ω) via XLR connectors. The right XLR connection can be used as an input for the time code.
  • Fiber optic audio inputs: TOSLINK connector for S / PDIF signals.
  • Supported definitions: SD / HD / 2K / 4K with automatic switching.
  • Updates and configuration: USB or Ethernet.
