The Panasonic PT-VMZ51S LCD laser projector offers a sharp and bright projection of 5,200 lm in the lightest and most compact body in its segment.
High dynamic contrast
Input signals are analyzed on a frame-by-frame basis to regulate light output for the best contrast performance in each scene. The projector’s high 3,000,000:1 contrast ratio delivers better definition of detail in shadows with deeper blacks, brighter whites and more natural skin tones to enhance the sense of depth and definition.
Energy consumption
The PT-VMZ51 series uses 20% less energy than the previous series, with a simple press of the ECO*3 button on the remote control, efficiency is further increased and brightness is optimized to match ambient light levels.
Optical zoom
The built-in 1.6x optical zoom (1.09–1.77:1) supports projection from close range or from a distance. Enhances projector placement flexibility for large, easy-to-view images in rooms of different sizes and shapes.
HDMI inputs
The HDMI inputs support control signals sent through a CEC-command-compliant component. Allows limited control of the projector using the remote control of compatible source devices.
6 point screen adjustment
The PT-VMZ51 series includes Panasonic’s first projector to feature 6-point screen correction. Allows you to perform horizontal/vertical and 4-corner keystone correction using the remote control to eliminate keystone distortion when projecting from an angle, such as a high ceiling.
4K compatible
The PT-VMZ71 series accepts 4K video input signals via the DIGITAL LINK and HDMI terminals.
