The Jimmy Jib uses triangular aluminum tubing for added strength and rigidity. It is simpler, lighter, and packs better than other crane models.

  • The inserted control cable (including three coaxial cables, one video cable and one auxiliary cable) strengthens the reliability and stability of operation.
  • The Jib arm has a segmented design that makes it easy to install and transport.
  • The full-function single-arm dual-axis remote head applies silent drive motors, which are smooth, fast, quiet and have no backlash.

The remote head (or hot head) is operated with a joystick-type control panel. The controls are connected by cable to the head, which contains servo motors and fine-pitch controlled electric gears. It is configured to allow the operator to make smooth pan and tilt movements. This head is quiet, allowing for efficient operation in sound-sensitive production environments.

Two operators are usually required to operate this crane. One person moves the counterbalanced articulated boom, while another operates the hot end. The price of the operators is not included.
