DISCO EXTRA Ki Pro (500Gb)

The AJA 500GB KiStor Solid State Drive is a storage and capture unit for the AJA Ki Pro and Ki Pro Rack recorders. It has a USB 3.0 port to download directly to a computer and SATA port to connect to Ki Pro or KiStor Dock. It has a capacity of 500GB and can record up to approximately 5 hours of 1080p / 24 images of Apple ProRes 422 HQ with 4 Audio channels or 9 hours of Avid DNxHD 145.

The factory-certified KiStor drive is encased in a tough outer shell designed to ensure the drive is inserted correctly into a Ki Pro or Ki Pro Rack for recording and playback. The tough outer casing protects the drive from the rigors of production use, keeping your valuable media safe.

Unlike typical hard drives, which are designed for a small number of repeated connections, KiStor modules use a reinforced connection that’s engineered for a high number of insertions and removals to withstand the rigors of daily use in a production environment.
