To provide sharp, high-contrast images, the CJ12ex4.3B employs a host of Fluorite and UD lenses in combination with Canon’s special coatings to provide exceptional control over internal reflections and flare. The new internal three-group focusing system also reduces so-called “focus breathing,” that is, the slight variation in the field of view that occurs when focus changes. Ideal for shoulder shooting, the lens can be easily used on the go and on the go, and thanks to its ergonomic design and grip, it is comfortable to hold even for long periods of time. The lens also incorporates three 20-pin connectors for easy integration with existing HD focus / zoom drivers and can also be connected to an external virtual system at the same time.
