The Blackmagic Studio Fiber Converter allows you to convert audiovisual or control SDI signals and transmit them over a single cable that connects to the Blackmagic Camera Fiber Converter device installed on the camera. This is achieved through the IP protocol, in order to minimize latency and obtain professional quality images.
The converter also includes common connections for the control of cameras and remote PTZ heads, two channels to communicate with the production and the technical team, a signaling system and a 5-inch LCD screen, in order to monitor the images of the camera and the return signals.
